About the role

The primary technical delivery partner for enterprise customers — client-facing, driving implementation, adoption, and delivery of Anaira’s AI solutions across the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technical teams

• Translate customer goals into actionable delivery plans

• Ensure readiness for deployments, integrations, data onboarding, UAT, rollouts

• Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and implementation planning

• Track milestones, identify risks, and resolve blockers

• Manage multiple enterprise engagements simultaneously

• Strong BFSI processes, enterprise integrations, and compliance

• Working directly with banking / financial services clients

• SDLC, Agile, enterprise software delivery

• SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, or GenAI implementations

• REST APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), PostgreSQL

• CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise security

• Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
