About the role

A senior data science leader combining deep BFSI domain expertise with strong ML and analytics. Extensive experience in fraud, risk, underwriting, and decisioning models, applying AI agents and agentic workflows to how insurers decide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML and advanced analytics

• Design, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models for BFSI

• Drive model monitoring, explainability, and governance

• Design and enhance fraud detection and prevention models

• Build agentic workflows combining LLMs, predictive models, rules engines, and enterprise data

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers

• Contribute to Anaira’s AI and data science strategy
  
  

Skills

• 10–14 yrs in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics

• Strong BFSI / Insurance / FinTech domain experience

• Deploying ML models in production environments

• Fraud, risk modeling, underwriting or claims analytics

• Python + data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• SQL, large-scale data platforms, cloud, modern MLOps

• Decision engines, rules engines, enterprise workflow platforms

• Leading teams and mentoring data scientists
