About the role

Drive Anaira’s quality assurance strategy and delivery of high-quality software — manual and automated testing, SDLC/STLC depth, Agile, and AI-assisted testing — while leading and mentoring the QA team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and mentor test engineers

• Define and implement QA processes and testing strategies

• Create test plans and cases; leverage AI-powered QA tools

• Coordinate manual and automated testing; adopt AI-assisted practices

• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution

• Ensure quality across functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT

• Hire and grow a team of SDETs and QAEs

• Strong STLC and SDLC knowledge; Agile/Scrum

• Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail

• AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Testim, Functionize, Mabl)

• Selenium / Appium; Postman / REST Assured; PostgreSQL

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)

• Prompt engineering for GenAI in testing

• Leadership and stakeholder communication
