A Lead Designer shaping the future of enterprise software at the intersection of B2B platforms and AI-driven interfaces. A player-coach role — hands-on with design while establishing and scaling the design function.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution across enterprise products (AI interfaces, copilots)

• Define and scale the design function, processes, and best practices

• Conduct user research, map journeys, translate insights into design for complex workflows

• Create UI/UX that is simple, elegant, and effective in enterprise contexts

• Embed design in product development from strategy through delivery

• Mentor and grow a high-performing design team while staying hands-on
  
  

Skills

• 8+ yrs in UI/UX design with enterprise/B2B exposure

• BFSI or enterprise sector; designing for complex workflows

• Work with AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation

• Strong portfolio balancing usability, business impact, technical constraints

• Building and scaling design teams and processes

• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
